At Sports Wheelers, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and European consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

You may be eligible to return your item(s) if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
• The item arrives with manufacturing defects
• You change your mind (within 14 days for EU customers; conditions apply)
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (unless faulty)

📅 Return Periods

• Australia: Within 30 days of delivery
• EU/UK: Within 14 days of receiving your order (right of withdrawal)
• Exceptions may apply for customised, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. worn golf gloves)

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@sportswheelers.com with:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Photos (if applicable)
2. We will provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not refund:

• Original shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)
• Items returned outside the eligible timeframe without prior approval

🔁 Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for sizing errors or model upgrades (based on stock availability). Please contact us first to check eligibility.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom-built golf carts or modified ATVs
• Final sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”
• Items used beyond reasonable trial or with visible wear/damage
• Gift cards or downloadable products

⚖️ Your Rights

This policy does not limit your legal rights under:

• The Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
• Any other applicable local consumer protection legislation
